German company Stempel Kroul created special gobos of Bond movie motives for use in Martin MAC 500s for the special theme zones of new James Bond museum.

Hildesheim, Germany found the Bond mystic so powerful that they opened up their own James Bond "The World of 007" Museum, a 1,600 m2 complex which transports visitors through 7 different theme zones.

It is, in fact, the first of its kind in the world and claims to be the most comprehensive collection of Bond memorabilia under one roof anywhere. Some 350 film props, original film cuts, posters, costumes and other collector's items, including inventions from "Q", can all be seen and experienced by Bond fans.

The focus of the museum is the James Bond world of Maurice Binder, the man responsible for creation of Bond titles and classic Bond images, and one of the main reasons why the Bond series has become one of the most successful film series´ in the world.

Every Bond image has become a piece of artwork in its own right, and the museum highlights them splendidly. Images such as the silhouettes of ladies balancing on the barrel of a gun, among others, made Maurice Binder famous.

Some of these memorable collages and artistic concepts have been revived and reinvented with the help of intelligent lighting. The German company Stempel Kroul created special gobos from motives in Bond movies for use in Martin MAC 500s for the special theme zones of the museum.

The images were projected onto the walls of the museum and integrated into the variety of displays. The lighting sequences were programmed using a Martin 3032 controller and downloaded onto a Martin 2510 for the show.

Responsible for the lighting technique was Nova Konzertservice of Hildesheim. All lights were supplied by Martin Germany Gmbh.
