A web-store created just for Columbus McKinnon Lodestar Chain Hoists and all the thousands of parts and accessories that accommodate them. The Lodestar Store.com will offer Next Day Service, have Live Representatives to answer all customer questions, and will be just a mouse click away. Officially opening for business on January 1,2004, The Lodestar Store.com will not only be the one stop shop to buy online parts and accessories, it will also contain an extensive database of answers for troubleshooting questions. TOMCAT USA’s CEO, John James, explains, “We certainly want The Lodestar Store.com website to contain as much technical information as possible, but more importantly, we want everyone to have quick access to every part for every motor.” Stocking one of every part for every motor and offering next day service on orders placed by 5pm PST, The Lodestar Store.com is sure to accomplish that task. “Things can get so immediate in this industry, I feel it’s necessary to be able to provide parts and service to meet the swift demands,” James comments.
